1. Who should I contact if I need to cancel my camp registration and I want a refund?

2. How many activities per day can my child participate in?
   There will be 5 different activities a day
3. What’s the maximum teacher/coach to child ratio?
   Age 3-4:   1/6
   Age 5-7:  1/8
   Age 8-13:  1/15 and 2/15 for swimming
4. What qualification do the teacher/coaches have?
   Only fully qualified sport coaches or teachers are employed.
5. What first aid procedures you have in place?
   A full time Nurse will be always on duty.
6. Brothers, Sisters and Friends
   All requests for children to be placed together on the basis of brother, sister or friends will be accommodated subject to details being provided upon registration.
7. What to wear?
   Wear casual or sports clothing – we recommend shoes / trainers.
   Please ensure all bags, clothing, containers are clearly labeled.
8. What else do I need to bring?
   Please bring swimsuit, towel, drinks and lunch box.
9. What if my child is sick?
   Please refrain from sending sick children – as they tend to make other children sick or spend all day in sick bay, which results in parents having to come and collect them.
10. What if my child has a medical condition?
    It is vital that we are made aware of any medical conditions and any prescribed medication that your child is required to take. 
11. What if children are badly behaved?
    Our staff treats children with respect and we expect this to be reciprocated by the children. We encourage good behavior and sportsmanship with positive reinforcement. By the same token bad behavior cannot and will not be tolerated and we will deal with this in an effective manner. For more serious cases, we will contact parents to take action. In extreme cases we reserve the right to remove children from our program.
12. What time do I need to bring the kids and when do I pick them up?
    Drop off is between 8:15 am and 9:00 am and pick up is between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm for half day Camp and 5:00 pm for full day Camp.
13. If my child does not like to join excursions, is that ok?
    Yes, of course. Your child can join another activity during this time.
14. Is the excursion free of charge?
    No, there will be a nominal fee to be paid.
